We do not share any of your personal information with outside parties, except to the extent necessary to complete an order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use this information only in the aggregate, for statistical purposes and to help us make our site more useful to visitors. Unless specified otherwise, no additional information will be collected about you.

  • Processing and Shipping Online Orders:
    We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, money order, and check. We will gladly ship your order anywhere within the continental United States. No international shipping. All orders will be processed and shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) within three (3) business days, unless paying by check, in which case, the order will be shipped after the check has cleared and been funded by your banking institution. This may take up to two (2) weeks. Handling charges are included in the “shipping” fee. All credit card information is sent over a secure network directly to the issuing financial institution, and is not accessible to us. Taxes apply only on orders being shipped to AK, MO, or OH. You should expect that your product will arrive in good condition and in a timely manner. We send our products via UPS ground service or United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested. We can not be held responsible for delays or damaged product for reasons uncontrollable by us. Severe weather, transportation problems and backordered products are just a few of those reasons.

  • Return and Exchange Policy:
    To keep our prices competitive we must uphold a strict return and exchange policy. Items may NOT be returned for any of the following, or similar, reasons: ordered the wrong product, changes in diet or taste preferences, changes in health, side effects, health care provider recommendations, etc. Items that arrive damaged may be returned or exchanged, subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee of the total cost of the returned products. The customer is also responsible for shipping charges and insurance for return shipping. Each returned product must be returned unopened. All packets or units must be present for each individual box that is returned. There are no partial credits for an individual box that is missing packets or items. All jars of products can be returned only if unopened and the safety seals are fully intact and undamaged. YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR RETURN OF ITEMS, AND GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION, BEFORE RETURNING ITEM(S). REQUESTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Our efforts in this matter are designed with you, the valued customer, in mind. It is our goal to provide you with quality products at discounted prices.
