Cha-Cha Glazed Salmon:
  • 6 tbsp Florence’s HomeStyle Cha-Cha
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 ½ lbs. Salmon Fillets
  • 1 small diced onion
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix three tbsp Cha-Cha and the diced onions; spread mixture on bottom of lightly greased baking dish.
Place salmon, skin side down, on onion and Cha-Cha mixture.
Mix mustard, pepper, and garlic salt.
Spoon on salmon; spread evenly.
Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
Glaze salmon with remaining Cha-Cha.
Serve with rice and steamed vegetables
