Cha~Cha Lima Beans
  • 1 package (16 oz.) lima beans – frozen
  • ¼ tsp. salt (optional)
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper (optional)
  • 3 tbsp. Florence’s Cha-Cha
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
Put lima beans in steamer. Sprinkle salt and pepper over beans. Steam 10-15 minutes, or to desired tenderness. Remove beans from steamer and put into shallow serving dish; pour and stir in melted butter. Garnish with Cha-Cha. Yields 4-6 serving
